- Email contact data: if you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we set no cookies, and we do not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party services. We do not collect payment information, booking details, ID numbers or location data.
How we use it
- To reply to messages sent by email.
- To keep the site secure and working (server logs).

Pages link to other websites, such as the websites of Charyn and Kolsai Kolderi national parks and Kazakhstan’s legal database. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights

Retention
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider under its own retention policy.
- Email correspondence: kept for up to 2 years, or deleted sooner on request.
Children
This website does not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
